System Fees:
Service fees are $125 quarterly or $500 annually.  Remember you will  need a
copy of QuickBooks 2009 or higher, if you do not already have one.  QuickBooks
Pro 2010 is going for $199.95!  
The fees include QuickBooks & Documents Hosting in our online system.  This
includes the IT support team management of backups, updates, and upgrades
to keep the system running at 99.9% up time.  You get remote access from any
computer on the Internet with faster speeds then using the common remote
services in QuickBooks.  In addition Word & Excel applications are available for
your use in the system and you can save your file there.
System fees are payable in advance and are not refundable.  
All bookkeeping fees must be paid in full to maintain service.
