    documents into the document manager.  The fax is store as a PDF file and filed folders.

    This means you can go PAPERLESS and ditch the filing.  This how Toebe Bookkeeping can
    manage doing business for so many people.  You just fax all your documents to use at our
    toll-free number and we input them into your QuickBooks and the document manager as
    we get them.  

  • Bookkeeper & Client have simultaneous 24/7 access to QuickBooks® and to view and print
    business documents online.  Multiple access ids allows for your CPA to have access too.  
    Please note that if you need multiple simultaneous access(es) to QuickBooks an additional
    QuickBooks license(s) would be needed.  Bookkeeper has his own license and that is why
    he can log on simultaneous with his client.

  • If disaster strikes, your data is securely stored and backed up on several green servers daily.

    the service year and renew the service for as long as you want.  Other firms would close
    you out of the service and not allow another bookkeeper to use his services.  Not with us.  
    If for some reason your bookkeeper does not work out, we are always here to take over
    ASAP!

  • Do you have on the road sale professionals?  This is a great way to get the sales data in
    quickly no matter where they are.
Toebe Disadvantages :
  • You will need an outside CPA or firm to do your income taxes, calculate depreciation, and
    for tax advice.  We will work closely with your choice to make sure they get what they
    need when they need it.

  • Manual Payroll Filings are not handled by Toebe Bookkeeping.  If you have payroll needs,
    we use Intuit Assisted Payroll in QuickBooks® to pay and file payroll taxes.  This is an
    extra fee paid to Intuit Payroll based on the number of employees being paid and is
    deduct from you account at the time payroll is calculated.  Direct Deposit is offered for
    employees.  We can also work with any other outside payroll service you want, but
    advanced bookkeeping rate applies to calculating the journal entries needed.
