Toebe Bookkeeping, Inc. was started by Toebe Fremin on April 20th, 2009 in New
Orleans, Louisiana. Toebe is a twelve year accounting veteran with a proven track
record of setup and fixing of accounting systems. Toebe has worked with several
major accounting agencies in several different major markets across the country
and here in New Orleans. Toebe is in good standing with these companies and
continues to contract out for the more challenging assignments to this date. Within
recent years Toebe started working and focusing on the needs of small businesses.
Toebe noticed that most of his business owners were busy running around all day
trying to make their business grow and that record keeping always fell to the waste
side. The problems he faced was access, timely transfer of information, and
problems catching the owner at a good time.
Toebe first solved the problem of access by hosting QuickBooks online. This way he
and his client could access the data online anywhere. After, he set out to solve the
time crunch with the ability to send the documents by fax. This eliminated the need
to meet up with the client on a weekly or monthly basis to exchange paperwork, thus
allowing clients the freedom to handle the transfer on their time. The final piece was
to organize the information so that all three (bookkeeper, CPA, and client) could get
to the documents and data quickly and easily.
Toebe researched and studied all software used to accomplish this system. He has
researched the platform for the system from the ground up. It has been tested and
used for months. Security of the data was the highest priority of the system. Careful
